Collection, processing and use of personal data

When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we strictly adhere to the statutory provisions, in particular to the DS-GVO, the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act.

Personal data is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, ie information that can be traced back to a person (eg name, (e-mail) address, telephone number, e-mail address, but also data about Preferences, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone). The IP address is also a personal date over which a natural person is identifiable.

Basically, you can use our online service without providing personal information, but the use of certain services may require the provision of personal information.

What is this data processed for? The processing is necessary to ensure a trouble-free connection between your device and our website, its convenient use and freedom from interference. In addition, the data may be necessary for administrative purposes.

The log files are stored for 7 to 10 days only for the detection of malfunctions (eg for the investigation of cybercrime) and then deleted, unless the storage of the log files for evidence or publication to investigative authorities is required, then the deletion takes place at final Completion of the respective procedure.

Transfer of data to third parties

Duration of storage and retention periods

Our website and our mobile applications use links to various social networks to make our company better known. According to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO such advertising purposes are to be regarded as legitimate interests. The links are recognizable by the corresponding logo and serve to pass on contents or recommendations to other users.

The linking takes place via simple HTML links and without embedding the iFrames of the social networks. The HTML link is inactive when entering the respective pages or mobile applications; so that at this time no data is transmitted to the social networks. Only when you activate the link by clicking on it and declare your consent to communication with the corresponding social network, a connection is established and data is transmitted to the respective operator of the social network.
